We want to make purchasing as easy and convenient as possible so we accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, Cashier's Check, as well as Personal Checks. All personal checks must list current address; phone number and driver's license number. Personal checks received without this information will be held until clearance from the bank (approx. 1-2 weeks). Returned check fee is $35.00.

| Cancel an Order |
 |
| If you want to cancel an order please call us immediately. If the order has been shipped we will have billed you already. If the order still needs to be cancelled then the freight must be paid both ways and the order can be sent back. A credit will be made out for the cost of the goods returned assuming it meets return policy guidelines. |

| Order Minimums |
 |
| We have a $30.00 minimum order policy for retail customers. The Wholesale order minimum is $200.00. Please go to Wholesale link and sign up for a wholesale account to view wholesale pricing. |

| Return Policy |
 |
| If you want to return an item, please call. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS: 1) item must be in original carton and in good condition, 2) must be returned within 30 days of receipt, 3) returned to location of original purchase, 4) original receipt required. LIMITATIONS: 1) in most cases a 10% restocking fee will be charged, 2) to insure purity, we cannot exchange or offer returns on opened foods items. 3) we do not accept returns on books. EXCEPTION: If we messed up, we will give full refund and pay the freight both ways. |

| Change an Order |

| To change your order, please call us immediately. We will do everything in our power to help change your order, but if the order has been shipped we will have billed you already. Then you have the option to return the products you don't want but you will have to pay the return freight and the return product must meet our return policy guidelines. |

| Damaged Freight |
 |
| All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. shipping point. This legal term simply means that all merchandise becomes your property as soon as we give it to the freight carrier. The freight carrier is responsible for the complete and safe delivery of your merchandise. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the merchandise when it is delivered. If the freight carrier fails to deliver your merchandise in good condition. It is your responsibility to file a damage or loss claim with the freight carrier. If you need help when filing a claim, please contact us. |

| Because conditions of use are beyond our control, we offer no warranty or representation, express or implied, except that all products conform to the description provided by the manufacturer on sales literature or product labels. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid. |

| Rush Orders |
 |
| If you would like your order shipped the same day (if ordered by noon) or the next day (if ordered after noon), we will contact you immediately to find the quickest most affordable rates through UPS, Canada Post, Canpar or other freight carriers. |

| International Export Ordering |
 |
| Golden Lane Foods can ship to Canada and the U.S.A. Please note that shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at the time of shipment and cannot be calculated on the website. Export shipments are subject to payment in U.S. funds. Honey Bees and Queen Bees cannot be shipped overseas. All freight for export orders must include the cost of insurance. All export orders will be shipped through UPS, unless otherwise specified. Export orders shipped through carriers other than UPS are shipped at the customer's own risk. UPS calculates duty and customs fees at the time of delivery. | Back Order Policies |

| Any items that are out of stock will be placed on backorder and will reflect on the invoice as a backordered item. When backordered items are shipped, a new invoice will be generated and shipping costs will be added on the new invoice. If you would like to cancel a back order, please call us immediately after receiving the original shipment. Please choose from 1 of 3 options in regards to your back order preference. |

| Lead Time |

| Due to delivery times varying from where you are located, please allow 10 days to 2 weeks for the delivery of product from the time of your order. In some instances (before holidays) delivery may take up to 3 weeks. |
